Dr. Dalton Gilligan
Dalton Gilligan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 and has since positively impacted thousands by aiding in their recovery from a wide array of conditions. Drawing from diverse physical therapy experiences and ongoing education, he adeptly addresses issues ranging from joint and muscle pains to concussions, as well as complex vestibular and medical issues problems. Dalton provides care to clients through home care services for older adults, and outpatient services at Integrated Martial Arts and Fitness studio.

Passionate about restoring optimal movement and enabling people to pursue their passions, Dalton enjoys engaging in a range of athletic activities such as jiujitsu, surfing, climbing, and fitness. He understands the interconnectedness of the body and recognizes the profound impact of exercise on the healing process.

In his practice, Dalton employs a comprehensive treatment approach that integrates a variety of exercises and hands-on techniques. Some of these include myofascial treatments such as cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation to improve spinal flexibility, proprioceptive neuromuscular control techniques to improve muscle function, and bloodflow restriction therapy to build strength and promote tissue healing. He possesses a deep understanding of pain complexities and the pivotal role of the nervous system, guiding clients to optimal recovery. Additionally, he has advanced certification in vestibular rehabilitation, performing exercises and canal repositioning techniques to address dizziness.
