Services are provided in your home or office

Access and communication with your physical therapist is included for two weeks following each in-person session. This ensures continued guidance through the healing process and effectiveness of prescribed exercise.

Package Options (In-Home Sessions):

• 10 sessions – $2,000

• 6 sessions – $1,350

• 4 sessions – $960

Individual Services:

• Single in-home session – $250​
