Physical Therapy Billing Information

Services are provided in your home or office

Access and communication with your physical therapist is included for one month following each in-person session. This ensures continued guidance through the healing process.

A complimentary virtual consultation will be scheduled the week after your session to ensure your exercises are effective and properly performed.

Package Options (In-Home Sessions):

• 10 sessions – $2,000

• 6 sessions – $1,350

• 4 sessions – $960

Individual Services:

• Single in-home session – $250​

• Virtual Physical Therapy Consultation – $100
